Animal Crossing New Horizons Bunny Day and Earth Day
First, a couple of events are scheduled to occur for April in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The first event, which is called Bunny Day, was already commenced a couple of days ago, and the other, which will celebrate Earth Day, is set to occur sometime this month.
Bunny Day - A new event to celebrate Easter in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. As previously mentioned, the event is already live in the game until April 12, via a new update that brought the adorable yet slightly creepy Zipper T. Bunny as a visiting character who will also serve as Bunny Day’s host. Throughout the event, players will find literal Easter Eggs scattered across the island, which they need to obtain DIY recipes that will only be available during Bunny Day.
Overall, there are 28 new DIY recipes available during Bunny Day, and 12 of those can be acquired through the collection of Easter Eggs. However, the remaining DIY recipes can be obtained by participating in the following activities:
Shoot down Bunny Day Balloons Collect and open egg message bottles that wash up on shore Talk to Zipper T. Bunny (even if he creeps you out) Talk to other villagers
Earth Day - This event was previously announced last March 28, during the surprise Nintendo Direct presentation that was live-streamed by the company. As of the moment, not many details about Earth Day have been revealed except that Leif, who is the sloth from Animal Crossing: New Leaf will, serve as the event’s host, and it is expected to launch on April 22.
Villager Birthdays
Although Animal Crossing: New Horizons won’t pressure players to talk to villagers, continuously ignoring them will result in them leaving the island. Apart from talking to them on a daily basis, players should also be aware of each villager’s birthday so they can attend their parties and even give them gifts on their special day. Of course, if the player is not to keen on a certain villager, they can always select them to leave the village, but ignoring them completely will do the trick.
However, if the player wants to keep their companions happy, then celebrating their birthday, and talking to them all of the time will be more than enough and may even prompt the villager to provide players with a DIY recipe. So, here is the list of all villagers that will be celebrating their birthday in April.
